The Cushing & Dolan business and estate planning law firm currently has experienced and motivated lawyers and a support staff to assist them, including paralegals, legal secretaries, and administrators. Immediate hands-on experience. At Cushing & Dolan, you will have immediate hands-on experience to carry out important assigned responsibilities under the training and supervision of other members of the firm.

Direct client contact. You will meet with and speak with clients directly, be provided ample continuing educational opportunities, and have the opportunity to write and lecture extensively with private groups. You will learn a great deal about all of our practice areas while being given the opportunity to develop expertise in one or more specific practice groups so that you can become the best in your field.

Incentive-based compensation. All salaries are commensurate with experience. Compensation includes bonuses and commissions based on new business.
